TERROIR AND HARVEST

Jam made from a selection of high-quality raspberries and wild thyme harvested by hand during flowering on the Domaine de Leos plateau, which uses neither chemical fertilizers nor pesticides and is certified “High Environmental Value 3A”.

INGREDIENTS / PRODUCTION

Raspberries, white cane sugar, thyme. Prepared with 70% fruit (70g per 100g of jam), well above the legal minimum required for an “extra” jam (over 45%). Under the supervision of the Domaine de Leos teams, the jam is manufactured and jarred in Robion, a few minutes from the farm, by La Roumanière (a social and solidarity economy enterprise).

FLAVOR / TASTING

This artisanal jam, cooked in a cauldron, stands out for its high raspberry content (rich in antioxidants, vitamin C, and iron) and the unique and singular taste of its successful pairing with thyme from Domaine de Leos.

STORAGE

Developed without preservatives or colorings, C de Leos jams are pasteurized, giving them a shelf life of 3 years. To retain all their properties before opening, we recommend storing them in a dry place, away from heat and UV radiation. After opening the jar, the jam generally keeps for 2 to 3 weeks in the refrigerator.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS

A spreadable product, with or without butter, for breakfast on fresh country bread. Also try it on toasted bread; you will find it delicious! It can also be enjoyed as a snack or with a meal alongside cheese, or even as a dessert on crêpes, pancakes, brioche, and French toast, or as an ingredient or filling in cakes or tarts.
