Exclusively from fruits of our region’s terroir.

PRODUCTION

The olive oil is produced with the Leos teams and the advice of Christine Cheylan. Harvested in early October, the olives are picked during the day and transported the same day to the mill where crushing and bottling are carried out.

OLIVE VARIETIES

Mainly Aglandau and Salonenque.

TASTING NOTES

Boasting great aromatic power with a beautiful long finish, it offers the taste of an ‘original’ green fruity oil with a ‘fresh’ pungency and a very fine bitterness. It is characterized by its color (pale green hue with yellow reflections) and its aromatic complexity with a dominant vegetal profile of artichoke and hazelnut aromas, typical of an original green fruity oil.

GASTRONOMIC PAIRINGS

Although ‘green fruity’ olive oils can be used both raw and cooked with all types of savory and sweet dishes, we recommend prioritizing raw uses as a finishing oil on all types of foods and dishes. Drizzle a little oil over strawberries with a hint of sugar, or over autumn fruits (apples, pears…) in tarts or cakes.

Since its launch in December 2019, H DE LEOS GREEN FRUITY Olive Oil has received 16 international awards or recognitions, including 8 gold medals.
