Description
TERROIR
Exclusively derived from fruits of our region’s terroir.
PRODUCTION
The olive oil is produced with the LEOS teams and the advice of Christine Cheylan. Harvested later in the season, the olives are transported the same day to the mill where ‘trituration’ and bottling are carried out.
OLIVE VARIETIES
Primarily Aglandau and Salonenque.
TASTING NOTES
Subtle taste, boasting aromatic intensity and a pleasant ‘length in the throat’. It is characterized by a color and an original ‘Ripe Fruity’ taste: a light green hue with yellow reflections and aromas of almond, red berries, ripe apples, and flowers.
GASTRONOMIC PAIRINGS
‘Ripe fruity’ oils can be used both raw and cooked, with all types of savory and sweet dishes. In desserts, they can be used to replace butter.
Since its launch in December 2019, H DE LEOS RIPE FRUITY Oil has received 18 international awards or recognitions, including 5 gold medals.
