Are your smoked salmon and pastrami truly homemade?

Yes, 100% handcrafted! We make them ourselves in our food laboratory in Geneva, using high-quality ingredients. The salmon (Norwegian or Scottish) is slowly smoked over natural wood for a melt-in-your-mouth texture and pure flavor. The beef pastrami is brined, seasoned, and then slow-cooked according to a traditional homemade recipe – nothing industrial about it.

Where do your smoked salmon come from?

We exclusively use premium quality farmed salmon: Norwegian for its balanced texture and generous flesh, Scottish for its delicate flavor and slightly more pronounced taste. All are sourced from responsible supply chains.

Is the pastrami made with Swiss beef?

Our pastrami is prepared with beef selected for its tenderness and flavor (primarily of EU origin or equivalent to guarantee consistency). We prioritize taste quality and traceability.

Are your Domaine de Leos and Les Confitures de la Création products organic or natural?

Yes! Domaine de Leos is certified High Environmental Value (HVE3), with olive oils, jams, and honeys produced in an eco-responsible manner in Provence. The Confitures de la Création (Creation Jams) are 100% natural, without preservatives or additives, and contain a minimum of 55-70% fruit.

Orders & Delivery

What are the delivery times and costs?
Fast delivery in French-speaking Switzerland (and throughout Switzerland): generally 2-4 business days. Free delivery on orders over CHF 100. We select the most suitable carrier based on the weight and freshness of the products.
How are fresh products (salmon, pastrami) packaged?

Vacuum-sealed and insulated packaging with ice packs to maintain the cold chain. All our fresh shipments are prepared the same day or the day before for optimal freshness.

Can I place bulk or B2B orders through the website?

The website is optimized for individuals, but we deliver throughout Switzerland.

Do you accept orders for events or corporate gifts?

Quality, Preservation & Allergens

What is the shelf life of fresh produce?
Smoked salmon: approximately 21-28 days at +2/+4°C (unopened). Pastrami: 21-30 days depending on the batch. Once opened, consume within 48-72 hours. Exact dates are indicated on the packaging.
Do they contain allergens?

Salmon: fish. Pastrami: may contain traces of mustard, celery, sesame (spices). Leos products/Jams: fruit, sometimes traces of nuts. All our products are made in a dedicated facility; we clearly indicate allergens on each product sheet and package.

Are your products gluten-free?

Yes to smoked salmon and Leos/Jams (natural) products. Pastrami may contain traces depending on the spices

We are based in Geneva, but we do not have a retail store open to the public. Everything is done through our website flavorsnco.ch or by appointment for professionals.
